What is the price for an RV?

It is always best to contact Embassy directly for the most up to date and personalized pricing for any of our vehicles.

Do you have any dealers near me?

Embassy RV is a factory-direct sale process, we do not utilize any dealers. If you are interested in purchasing a unit, please contact us at info@embassyrv.com or (574) 333-3733.

Can I visit your facility?

Absolutely, we’d love to have you! Please reach out to us at info@embassyrv.com or (574) 333-3733 to schedule a factory tour. Please note that tours are by appointment only.

Will you be at an RV show near me?

Any shows or events Embassy will be present at are located under our “Events” tab on our website. Please visit there to see our upcoming events.

We are aware many people bring their pets with them on their adventures, but we cannot allow pets inside our facility. They are welcome to stay outside on our grounds, but must stay leashed or be in a carrier at all times.

When can I get one?

Because of fluctuations in our schedule, it is always best to contact Embassy directly for an approximate timeframe for a build.

I bought a unit, but my completion date is sooner than I can travel. What do I do?

Due to the nature of our production process, sometimes your unit will be complete in a timeframe that may be inconvenient for you. If you have to delay pickup of your unit for any reason, please be in contact with your sales rep to talk about our storage options. Please be aware that you must meet certain criteria, and are subject to additional fees should you need to store your unit.

How do I get to Embassy?

Our facility is located in Elkhart, Indiana at 2104 Aeroplex Dr Suite 101, Elkhart, IN 46514. If you are visiting for any reason, please be sure to prepare any appropriate travel needs as Embassy cannot assist in any transportation to or from Embassy.

How do I make a service appointment?

Please reach out to us at service@embassyrv.com or (574) 333-3733 ext 105 to make an appointment with our service department. Service is by appointment only.

What do I need to do to prepare for a service appointment?

Please ensure your unit is appropriately cleaned and free of all personal items to provide a safe and healthy work environment for our employees. Please be aware our service department has the right to refuse service for any reason.

Can I bring my pet?

How long will you have my unit?

Please be sure to coordinate with our service manager the expected timeframe to complete any service. We will be sure to communicate if you need to arrange any accommodations such as a hotel or rental car before you arrive.

Do I have to be at the facility while you perform the service?

Please arrange with our service manager if you need to be present for any decisions regarding service done to your unit. We do have a customer lounge available, but if you would like to leave the facility during your appointment please be sure to arrange proper accommodations such as a rental car, lyft, or uber.
